Buy & Win Raffle Mechanics:

1. Promo Title: Buy & Win: The Ultimate Car Giveaway

2. Promo Duration: Promo runs from February 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.

3. Eligibility
   • Any buyer who purchased a brand-new Mitsubishi vehicle from any Carworld dealership during the promo duration shall be entitled to two (2) raffle tickets per unit purchased, regardless of payment method (Cash, Financing, etc.).
   • Employees of the member companies of the Laus Group of Companies, including its dealerships and affiliates, up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not allowed to join the promo.
   • Raffle tickets shall be named and registered exclusively under the buyer’s name and are non-transferable.

4. Raffle Prizes
   • A participant may win more than one prize, provided that multiple raffle entries under the same name are drawn.
   • Grand Prize: Mitsubishi Xpander 1.5 GLX AT (Color may vary depending on availability.)

5. Raffle Tickets
   • Raffle ticket stubs must be completely filled out with the following details:

• Raffle tickets may be dropped at any Carworld dealership and will be forwarded to Carworld Pampanga on or before the raffle draw date.

6. Raffle Draw
   • The raffle draw will be held on August 17, 2026, 4:00 PM, at Carworld Pampanga Showroom, Jose Abad Santos Ave., City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
   • The raffle draw shall be conducted through manual drawing of raffle ticket stubs in the presence of a DTI representative.

7. Winner Notification
   • Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, call, and SMS based on the information written on the raffle stub.
   • The list of winners will be posted on the official Carworld social media pages.

8. Prize Claiming

8.1. Winners are given 60 days from receipt of notification to claim their prizes.

8.2. Prizes may be claimed at any Carworld branch from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM from August 17, 2026 to October 16, 2026.

8.3. Winners must present:

• One (1) valid government-issued ID

• Winning Raffle Ticket

8.4. For authorized representatives, the following must be presented:

• Authorization letter signed by the winner

• Copy of the Valid ID of the representative and the winner

• Winning Raffle Ticket

8.5. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from date of notification shall be forfeited and subjected to a redraw, with prior approval from the DTI.

8.6. Prizes are tax-free except for the Grand Prize (Mitsubishi Xpander vehicle).

9. Other Conditions

9.1. Prizes are non-convertible to cash.

9.2. Carworld reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and entries through DTI guidelines.

9.3. By joining the promo, winners agree to participate in publicity and promotional activities, including photo and video coverage, without additional compensation.
